Lost all electrical systems

At approximately 4:30 AM (PST) the back 4 houses in our cul-de-sac lost power. Power has been out for 20 minutes. I have moved one UPS to power the cable modem and router so I could blog this report via my laptop. This may be the last blog you hear from me for a while.... There is a thin coating of ice on everything outside. The outside temp is 1.6 degrees C. Inside temp is 16.7 degrees C. I have restarted the fire. More reports as they become available.....
